Hey There
My name is Aradia, and I have autism. My preferred pronouns are they/them/it, and I have tons of interests. Oceanic life was my first special interest, thus you'll find that a lot of my work involves the ocean or its inhabitants.
All About Me
I don't think that I'm a natural-born artist with an innate grasp of drawing, but someone who chose to draw and continued to do so until I learned enough to be skilled. I started drawing in middle school, copying tutorials because I wanted to draw my favorite anime characters. Anime was quickly developing into my newest special interest, and I had no money to buy posters, so I drew stills instead and hung them on my wall.
I am now more skilled after years of practice and like to paint traditionally with either acrylics or watercolor, though I also draw digitally. When I'm not creating art, I like to write. I haven't yet put energy into writing original work, but I'm very involved in writing fanfiction for the Naruto and Harry Potter fandoms.
